Fudge's squad continues to take shape as the Briggers signed another impressive youngster today, Ex-Hemsworth MWFC, Owen Wildblood. Manager Luke Forgione had this to say about our latest acquisition Owen is a player who can play several positions, which is always important for the balance of the team. However he is looking to nail a position down after a few years of non league experience, he is searching for regular game time. Owen has the potential to play at very good level, he has the skill set to do this, technically very good and a nasty streak, he knows a lot of the group already and fits well within our changing room. Having worked with him at Barnsley College, we have a

Barnsley born Cawthorne has an abundance of potential and is highly by Pontefract's Andy Monkhouse who is looking for young Jack to get game time to help him develop. We look forward to giving Jack that opportunity to perform and learn his non league craft and thank Pontefract and Andy Monkhouse for allowing the deal, who will be keeping a close eye on his performances.

Winterton Preview
On Saturday afternoon the Briggers take to the pitch in another away fixture at Winterton Rangers who will look to bounce back after their 2-1 loss away to New Mills in FA Vase Second Round of Qualifying. Rangers, who were top of the league when it was cut short last season, will be hoping to continue their fairly high goal scoring season following a 6-0 victory in their last league outing after failing to score in only one of their opening five league games this season. Gaffers thought’s post Dronfield
We sat down with Luke straight after the match against Dronfield I've got to be careful what I say but I thought the officials was poor but we were also poor all over the pitch, we got what we deserved and they were the better team we weren't at the races. We had spoken about playing to the levels we had against Emley but it looked like a whole different team tonight I'm dissappointed. The first 10 minutes we were really slow did you expect that?No not really, we discussed in the changing room about not being complacent and we mentioned that Dronfield's results were probably a little false. They have played the top teams and they will make it
Worsbrough Ladies 0 Worksop Womens Dev 4
it was another disapointing game on Sunday as the ladies lost 4-0 to visitors SJR Worksop Womens Development. The scoreline does not reflect the ladies performance as they improved massively on last weeks loss, being the better and more dominate side for the majority of the match. However, Worksop took there chances in front of goal and took all 3 points in the Briggers second loss of the season. We look forward to next Sunday's fixture against Sheffield Wednesday as we continue to search for 3 points

Worsbrough 2-4 Emley AFC
A crowd of 228 saw an entertaining game at the Pinto Property stadium, including premier league ref Kevin Friend. Many will say Worsbrough were far from friendly to there visitors, getting 1 goal in front inside 2 minutes a turn in the box from Luke Francis. In truth Worsbrough were the better team in the first half dealing confidently with Emley's threats going forward, something that must have impressed The Worsbrough Management in the 10th minute. There was a lovely ball along the box which was cleared, unfortunately it didn't land to a Worsbrough player all the Worsbrough lads were really dominate chasing down the Emley players and being first to every ball. Special mention to Ben Donoghue who worked very
Fudge previews Emley Afc
We spoke to Luke Forgoine ahead of the match against Emley AFC I was told after the match against Skegness that there manager Richard Tracey attended our game but as i said to our players why wouldn't you take that opportunity They have started really well and have some very experianced players some that even i played against they seem to have a goalscorer in Aiden Savoury that our defenders will have to keep quite they got a draw in there last game against Rossington Main but its safe to say that Rossington seem to be a little bit inconsistent this season with a young squad much like ourselves Whilst Luke was proud of his teams performance on Tuesday he said
