We spoke to Luke Forgoine ahead of the match against Emley AFC
I was told after the match against Skegness that there manager Richard Tracey attended our game but as i said to our players why wouldn’t you take that opportunity
They have started really well and have some very experianced players some that even i played against they seem to have a goalscorer in Aiden Savoury that our defenders will have to keep quite they got a draw in there last game against Rossington Main but its safe to say that Rossington seem to be a little bit inconsistent this season with a young squad much like ourselves
Whilst Luke was proud of his teams performance on Tuesday he said it will mean nothing if they get turned over on Saturday
we have to keep the players feet on the ground the game on Tuesday will mean nothing if we get beaten convincingly against Emley we have to respect there start to the season but not fear them Our staff want The Pinto Property Stadium to become a fortress and be a tough place to come for opposing players.
We look forward to the visit of AFC Emley and were sure it will be an entertaining match we will see you Saturday 17th October for a 3pm kick off #backthebriggers
