High 5 to the under 17’s side
Tonight the 23rd of september Worsbrough Bridge u17 team won 5-0 against Ecclesall Rangers goals from James Haigh, Eliot Howarth who scored a worldie from 35 yards,Thomas Wheater,Connor Young and special mention to Lewis Wainwright who scored his first goal for the club confirmed victory and they will face last years finalists Abbey Lane in the next round. Reaction against Campion
I caught up with Lee Morris after the 1-4 defeat against Campion 4-1 against Campion i'm not going to ask how your feeling but i thought the 1st half we were excellent I think first half we played the best we did in all pre season the new lads came in and were excellent again its chances we miss and give sloppy goals away they (Campion) had 3 shots in the first half 3 were on target and 3 scoredFrom Saturdays game v parkgate we had to make 7 changes we can't get used to playing together but thats non league football I thought our goal was excellent just conceded and we went up other end and scored I thought
Reaction after the FA vase defeat
I spoke to Lee Morris after the 4-0 defeat away at Parkgate for his reaction The first 40 mins you were the better side with Worsbrough making more chances how do you think your team was doing up until that point?it's a very strange one and people will look at the score line and think we have been battered and that couldn't be further from the truth the only difference between both teams was the finishing and Parkgate scored 4 out the 5 chances they had unfortunately we conceded right before the break without doing too much wrong did that effect the players at half time?always difficult when you've been on top and missed chance after chance then with there

Catch up with Lee Morris
Pre-season is done and dusted and the new season is rapidly approaching so we caught up with the Briggers boss Lee Morris on the eve of the big kick-off on Saturday. So pre-season is over, what are your thoughts? LM - First of all it is good to back with the players after such a long time away. In terms of our pre-season it has been a mixture of frustration, it has been difficult at times especially as we have lost a number of experienced players to Step 7 due to the concerns on travelling and extra midweek games. We started earlier but its probably only been in the last 7 to 10 days that we have had a settled squad with
