Jimmy Pursell Debut Strike earns Worsbrough All 3 Points at Dronfield.

We spoke to Manager Luke Forgione after the 1-0 victory Against Dronfield Town. Jimmy Pursell scored in the 20th minute on his full debut for the club to return the 3 points to the Pinto Property Stadium. Luke had this to say: After highlighting our slow starts on the road, today was totally different. From the first whistle we started well and we was on the front creating a couple of good chances which could of been taken. After some great play, Jimmy, calmly slotted home on the 20th minute mark with a nicely taken goal. Thereafter, the game intensity dropped, in warm conditions. It was a difficult afternoon for the Briggers away at Retford FC, the day ended in a 3-1 away defeat. We caught up with the Briggers boss Luke Forgione after the match. We started the game slowly and this continued throughout the first half with Retford controlling the game and to be fair in that first period we weren't at the races.Ross (Pritchard) made a couple of good saves that kept us in the game, and although we had a couple of good passages of play which lead to a couple of half chance opportunities we were second best.
