Exciting Sponsorship News

We are delighted to confirm that we have agreed an exciting new sponsorship deal from season 2023/24 with Tony McDonald from AA Construction Support Solutions.

The new 3 year deal will see the Briggers ground at Park Road be called The Totally Training Stadium. It is a fantastic deal for the club, the biggest in our long 100 year history and will help to support the future development of the club and ensure we can continue the fantastic work that has taken place over the last 4 years.

Chairman Mark Booth is naturally delighted, “Tony and his company have been fantastic sponsors in our Centenary Season with first team kit sponsorship plus much more with additional sponsorship for our U16’s, Ladies and also with programme, player and matchday sponsorship. Tony has been a regular matchday attendee and supporter of the first team and it has been great to welcome him to the club and we look forward to working with him over the next 3 years. I cannot under-estimate what a fantastic deal this is for the club, and I believe is a reflection of the direction the club has taken over recent years that sponsors want to get involved with us and I look forward to supporters joining us at The Totally Training Stadium next season. I also want to say a massive thank you to Pinto Property who have been great sponsors for the last 5 years and we look forward to continue to work with them in other projects going forward. These are exciting times for the club, both on and off the field, and with a new U9’s and U10’s joining us next season we are strengthening our junior teams in line with our long term objectives. We are also pleased to confirm we will have an U7’s team next season with a number of players coming from our fantastic Mini Briggers that we launched a couple of years ago. I want to thank Tony for his support and sponsorship, our negotiations were straightforward and it was great to hear him make such positive comments about getting involved with the club. We continue to look for businesses and individuals to get involved and to help us to continue to to strengthen”.

Tony McDonald said “I am delighted to continue our commitment to local non-league football at Worsbrough Bridge AFC with a 3 year community partnership through AA Construction Support Solutions and newly formed training specialists Totally Training. We enter exciting times for both ourselves and The Briggers and look forward with anticipation for the start of the 2023/24 season for all the teams including the newly formed junior sides, which shows real ambition to provide access to quality, affordable and fun football opportunities with the local community.

We wish all the Briggers team the best of luck and look forward to supporting initiatives over the coming months and from the stands back The Briggers!
